TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and alterations to registrations bookings must be made in writing to the Symposium Organisers – encanta@encanta.com.au
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. Cancellations and “no shows” that have not paid will be liable to pay the full registration fee. All approved refunds will be processed after the symposium.

It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the symposium. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.

Payments can be made via the following methods:

Bank transfer: (Australian delegates only.) Bank details will be supplied on your tax invoice if requested. Please email a remittance advice to encanta@encanta.com.au.

LIABILITY
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Host, Organising Committee and Encanta Event Management accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delay or cancellation.

Bursary Applications

The purpose of the bursary program is to enable individuals with a lived experience of suicide to attend the symposium. There are many barriers that can make it harder for some people to attend the symposium and the Suicide Prevention Australia Symposium 2021 bursary funding helps individuals with a lived experience of suicide to attend.

The formal bursary application has now closed. However, funding is still available for those in the following states/ regions:

  • Western Victoria (Students in Ballarat Local Government Area & Great South Coast Region)
  • South Australia
  • Tasmania
